Project Description: Provide PM services in addition to associated repairs and replacement for 4,467 housing air conditioning units.

Ability to instill confidence in Motili Inc. that we have the inherent capability to provide services for an opportunity of this magnitude, although we have no previous experience with providing services to an opportunity of this magnitude, not to mention over a time period of fewer than 9 months. Several smaller companies had been servicing Fort Bliss. Our team effort (Sales, Ops, Admin, Accounting) instilled confidence in the Motili personnel that we have the team and commitment to support this opportunity.
