P.C. Automated Controls, Inc., installed an Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) for control and monitoring of the HVAC System.

Mills Plaza corporation needed a solution to bill tenants for their use of electricity. WebCTRL’s tenant billing features measured up to the challenge. Not only could it bill a tenant for its electricity usage, but it could also bill a tenant for their use of cooling and heating provided by the central cooling and heating systems. Although this feature is not in use today, it was the feature that drove the customer to choose WebCTRL.
