Socorro High School’s Reconstruction

Built in 1965, Socorro High School is the oldest school in the Socorro Independent School District. The facility has seen generations of brilliant young minds develop from budding students to leaders in our community. This El Paso County icon has definitely served our community well, and in 2017 the Socorro ISD bond committee suggested a campus-wide improvement that voters absolutely loved! The school will undergo a three-and-a-half-year phased renovation that will transform the school into a true 21st-century learning environment. PC Automated Controls is proud to be on the job to install a full-scale automation system that will integrate and control HVAC, Water, Electrical, Fire Suppression, Lighting, and Food Service systems. We have maintained automation systems in Socorro high school since our start in the mid-nineteen-nineties. Much as the school has evolved over the years, so too has PC Automated Controls, so we are thrilled to undergo yet another exciting growing experience with the Socorro district and their namesake high school.

Our long-standing partnership with the Socorro Independent School District has been a landmark for PC Automated Controls since our earliest years. We have grown alongside our community, and SISD is a perfect example of that. Just as SISD has developed a record for outstanding T.E.A. accomplishment, PC Automated Controls is proceeded by our record of industry-leading service and expertise. We deliver robust, intuitive, and easy-to-use automation systems. For a complex facility like the new Socorro High School, PC Automated Controls was a clear choice to take care of the energy management needs of this state-of-the-art campus.
